山東新華制藥股份有限公司（簡稱新華制藥）是H股、A股上市公司，1943年建廠，全國醫(yī)藥行業(yè)50強(qiáng)，8個原料藥通過了美國FDA，10個API獲得了歐洲COS證書。新華醫(yī)藥集團(tuán)也從事化工品的生產(chǎn)，用于我公司原料藥的合成，并可廣泛用于其他行業(yè)，例如：、顏料中間體、PVC穩(wěn)定劑等。新華制藥的化工品業(yè)務(wù)由進(jìn)出口公司負(fù)責(zé)，生產(chǎn)基地占地2800畝，化工產(chǎn)品年生產(chǎn)總量43萬噸，DBU(二氮雜二環(huán))、四甲基胍、6-氨基-1,3-二甲基尿嘧啶、1-基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮等為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品，其中四甲基胍、二氮雜二環(huán)獲山東省高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證并得到國家專利。

Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (the company) is a public company listed in HongKong Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, now is a leading pharmaceutical company has a history of more than 70 years in pharmaceutical community ,with FDA proved facility for 8 APIs and COS certificate for 10 APIs.
