Global classic SR is the latest generation of moving bridge style Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) from Hexagon Metrology. The high stability of measuring system can handle any common shop measurement and inspection tasks, therefore improve your inspection throughput.
Distinctive TRICISIONTMbridge design for X beam provides optimum stiffness-to-mass ratio. The light alloy bridge is 25 percent stiffer than traditional designs and the X rail has a 50 percent lower center of gravity for smooth, precise movement. Wider bearing separation than competitive bridge designs assures improved control of bridge axis roll for precise volumetric measuring accuracy, reduced repeatability errors, increased acceleration/deceleration and greater measuring throughput.
Global classic SR combines single-point probing and analog scanning in a single high performance measuring machine, also can equipped with contact or non-contact probe system. Based on the new generation of controller combines, optimizes temperature and accuracy compensation systems and advanced algorithms, global classic SR can support high-speed, high-accuracy analog open and closed loop scanning. The FastProbeTMfeature of Point, Click and Scan Technology allows a scanning prove to be used as a touch trigger probe with no loss of speed or accuracy.

· Technical Highlight
① X beam has adopted the patented ultra rigid “Tricision ?” technology. This structure is the best solution to lighten main carriage’s weight and improve main carriage’s stability and rigidity, so can greatly improves CMM’s performance.
② Linear thermal compensation is implemented as a standard feature on all machine axes and the measured part.
③ Patented precision-machined dovetail guideway in Y axis improves CMM’s accuracy and repeatability.
④ All machine axes’ transmission mode is timing belt, whose compact, nonskid structure makes it has excellence of high speed, low noise and easy maintenance.

③ The controller contains the leading technology Hexagon Metrology customized high speed control chips, each chip providing three high speed hardware position latched for each moving axis. So CMM’s axes can always move at high speed with high precision.
④ The special 3D vector capability (FLY) enables the movement of three axes to be integrated by eliminating stops and corners. So global classic SR’s axes can always stably move at very high speed, thus makes the inspection throughput to be improved.

TESASTAR-m can rotate in horizontal and vertical direction freely. It can be precisely indexed to reach 2952 highly repeatable attitudes with fine (5°) angular index increments. Its index speed is 90° in 2 seconds and can handles up to300 mmlong probe extensions. TESASTAR-m is capable of connecting touch trigger probe as well as other probing systems, such as analog scanning probing system and non-contact probing system.

TESASTAR-mp觸發(fā)測頭由測頭體和吸盤兩部分組成,不需重復(fù)校驗(yàn)就可手動(dòng)或自動(dòng)更換吸盤,更換精度可保證2μm。它使用通用M8螺紋連接,因而可適用于現(xiàn)有的大部分的手動(dòng)或自動(dòng)測座。同時(shí)具有四種不同的形式,可提供從0.055 N到0.10N之間不同的標(biāo)定探測力,是進(jìn)行快速精確測量的理想選擇。
TESASTAR-mp is a touch-trigger probe consisting of two main parts, one probe body and one mounting module. It could ensure a repositioning repeatable within 2μm whilstallowing manual or automatic probe changing with no need of recurrent qualification. The common M8 threaded connection permits a direct assembly with nearly all existing measuring heads, whether manually operated or motor driven. There are four modules available could provide varying measuring forces from 0.055 N to 0.10 N. TESASTAR-mp is the ideal solution for fast and accurate coordinate measurement of part features.
