進(jìn)口螺紋電磁閥概述：

德國(guó)泰科螺紋電磁閥是一種具有隔爆外殼的電氣設(shè)備。隔爆外殼能承受已進(jìn)入外殼內(nèi)部的可燃性混合物內(nèi)部爆炸而不損壞，并且通過(guò)外殼上的任何接合面或結(jié)構(gòu)孔不會(huì)引燃一種或多種氣體或蒸氣所形成的外部爆炸性環(huán)境的電氣設(shè)備。

◇防爆電磁閥工作原理：

常閉━當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯吸合，先導(dǎo)孔打開(kāi)，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)，電磁閥打開(kāi)。當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關(guān)閉。

常開(kāi)━當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關(guān)閉。當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔打開(kāi)，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)，電磁閥打開(kāi)。

注：出口端壓力大于進(jìn)口端壓力，介質(zhì)會(huì)反向?qū)??？砂惭b止回閥。
