PS發(fā)泡型材與板材擠出生產(chǎn)線有著緊湊的結(jié)構(gòu)，良好的塑化，高的產(chǎn)量，長的使用壽命和其他優(yōu)點(diǎn).這條生產(chǎn)線使用一臺(tái)HLS65單螺桿擠出機(jī)或一臺(tái)JWS100單螺桿擠出機(jī)，該擠出機(jī)配備有變頻器，進(jìn)口的電器部件和PT100鉑電阻，這些部件可以實(shí)現(xiàn)較大范圍的調(diào)節(jié)和精確的溫度控制。
輔機(jī)部份是由特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的模具設(shè)計(jì)，冷卻水槽和燙印機(jī)組等組成，可生產(chǎn)不同顏色和形狀的PS制品。穩(wěn)定的牽引機(jī)和切割機(jī)保證制品尺寸的精確性。

PS foamed picture frame extrusion line
PS foamed profile & plate extrusion line has compact structure, good plastification, high output, long life and other advantages. This line uses a HLS65 single screw extruder or a HLS100 single screw extruder which is equipped with the inverter, import ed electronic components and PT100 platinum resistance for a wide adjusting range and precise temperature control. The down stream equipment is composed by special designed dies, water tank, thermo printer and etc for producing different color and different types of PS products. The stable haul off unit and cutter guarantee the precision of production.
