木塑門板生產(chǎn)線

木塑寬幅板材生產(chǎn)線主要用于：PVC+木粉。生產(chǎn)整體門板，建筑模板等其它木塑板才的擠出。該生產(chǎn)線采用我公司獨(dú)創(chuàng)的木塑工藝及配方?？梢愿鶕?jù)不同板材斷面，根據(jù)板材的不同用途，設(shè)計(jì)不同的產(chǎn)品比重。選用不同規(guī)格的木塑專用雙螺桿擠出機(jī)，及木塑專用單螺桿擠出機(jī)，并可配置相應(yīng)的真空定型臺(tái)，牽引機(jī)，橫向切割機(jī)，翻料平臺(tái)等輔助設(shè)備。更換不同的模具即可生產(chǎn)不同規(guī)格的木塑板材。牽引機(jī)采用我公司獨(dú)特技術(shù)，工作平穩(wěn)，可靠性好，牽引力大。真空定型采用特殊加大渦流冷卻系統(tǒng)，便于冷卻定型，以滿足寬幅木塑板才的生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn)的需要。橫向切割裝置與板材牽引速度保持同步，設(shè)計(jì)合理，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定，可自動(dòng)定尺切割，并配備粉塵回收裝置。

Production：
