3控制系統(tǒng)：整機動作控制采用PLC人機界面，顯示機械動作的實時監(jiān)控功能，可顯示多種語言，如，中文，英文等，實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)多功能和智能化。

4擠出系統(tǒng)：采用變頻調(diào)速電機驅(qū)動和硬齒面減速器，螺桿設(shè)計既能滿足高產(chǎn)量，也能保證塑化均勻。

5：開合模系統(tǒng)：單，雙工位平移+高精度線性導(dǎo)軌+大梁壁圓柱軸，機器運行更穩(wěn)定。
