淋膜模具

產(chǎn)品說明：

模頭流道形式：采用支管式設(shè)計，配合特殊內(nèi)堵式寬幅調(diào)節(jié)裝置

模唇調(diào)節(jié)方式：上模唇采用手動（自動）全推式彈性微調(diào)/手動（自動）推拉、式微調(diào)

寬幅調(diào)節(jié)方式：具有縮減厚邊的內(nèi)堵式拉桿調(diào)節(jié)裝置，可在線連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)模具寬幅，大化節(jié)約成本。

模頭表面鍍硬鉻，流面鉻層厚度0.03-0.04mm，并進(jìn)行鏡面拋光

模頭加熱方式，內(nèi)置不銹鋼加熱棒加熱。

模頭材質(zhì)：模頭采用模具鋼或進(jìn)口合金鋼經(jīng)熱處理，增加模具的使用壽命。

制品厚度：0.01mm-0.5mm

適用：CPP、CPE、PP、PE、EVA、LDPE、LLDPE、HDPE、TPU等淋膜

increase the service life of the die .
